I build and maintain devcon.org, devconnect.org, and the interactive event app, an installable PWA attendees carry around the venue for the schedule, the map, and what is happening right now.

In November 2025 the app ran the Devconnect World Fair in Buenos Aires, a week of showing real Ethereum applications to real people. Next up is a new event and a new edition of the app for Mumbai, with tickets paid in crypto through the pretix Ethereum payment plugin.

The quiet part of the job is adoption work: helping the Argentine community and the wider ecosystem use Ethereum for things people actually need.

Bankless Academy teaches Ethereum, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs through short lessons and quests, for free, as a public good. I have led development since the first lesson in 2021.

The lessons are written in Notion and published by a pipeline I built, translated through Crowdin, and finished with quests that make you actually do the thing: bridge, swap on a DEX, cast an onchain vote. Learners sign in with Ethereum and bring their ENS, EFP, Farcaster, or Lens identity with them. Badges are gasless and sybil-resistant thanks to Gitcoin Passport.

Around the core: an installable PWA, an onchain indexer that tracks progress inside and outside the Academy, dynamic social images with your score, a white-label version for partners, lessons co-built with 1inch, Optimism, Velodrome, Gitcoin, and Zerion, and an AI assistant on Discord, Telegram, and X that answers crypto questions with a link to the right lesson.

EthPage reads your ENS records and turns them into a link-in-bio page: avatar, header, bio, socials, and your links, served from IPFS at yourname.eth.limo. Change a record on ENS and the page updates. No backend, no analytics, no API keys.

The twist is onchain recommendations. Visitors sign an EAS attestation on Base for a few cents, and it becomes public only when you follow the author on EFP. Follow is the moderation. Fork the repo, edit one config file, pin, and you have your own.

NewToWeb3 was an event for people who had never touched Ethereum, organized with OrnellaWeb3 in November 2024. I built its app in six weeks as a side project: program, sponsors, planning, and hands-on quests to get your first crypto, mint a POAP and an NFT, claim an ENS on Base, and swap a token. Multilingual, because the room was.

It grew into Onchain Quest, a white-label event platform: wallet login, profiles, quests with points, booth check-ins by QR code, leaderboards, ENS subnames via Durin, EFP follows, EAS attestations, Zupass ticket proofs, a Farcaster mini app, and an onchain shop. The latest edition ran at EthCC.

A hackathon entry for Base's Onchain Summer: an onboarding challenge that takes someone from zero to their first onchain action in less than a minute, with a Coinbase Smart Wallet created on the spot and gas covered by a paymaster.

A Tinder-like app to find peers, co-founders, mentors, or a team at a hackathon, built in a weekend at ETHGlobal Lisbon. It won the Optimism Silver prize for Decentralize Our Identities, plus the Worldcoin and The Graph pool prizes.

A companion to the BanklessDAO proof-of-competence tasks: it tracked the POAPs and NFTs you earned along the way and showed where you stood on the journey.

Every BanklessDAO season opened with a launch site, and I built four of them. Season 4 showcased 36 projects with an interactive 3D scene; another one ran a hex shader; the last one spun a dodecahedron. Small sites, big community, a good excuse to learn three.js in public.

A video conferencing product for interactive virtual meetings, launched into the first months of the pandemic. I built the admin panel and the videoconference web app, and set up dedicated Jitsi servers on AWS with live monitoring.

A business matchmaking platform that paired event attendees using natural language processing. I built the admin panel, the meeting scheduler, the mobile web app, and a serverless matching engine that scored people against each other.

Event discovery, ticket purchasing, and the admin panel behind them. The piece I still like: a dynamic image resizing architecture on AWS with Thumbor, Lambda, and CloudFront that made pages load up to fifteen times faster.

Custom CMS and front-end work for lesechos.fr, the last of my newspaper years, on a team running Symfony, ElasticSearch, and agile sprints for a site read by the whole French business world every morning.

Almost seven years on leparisien.fr: custom CMS, front-end, single sign-on, payment gateways, the Facebook API, and the discipline of shipping to millions of daily visitors without breaking the morning paper.

A work-study year at IRCAD: the institute's websites and internal tools, including a Google Maps geolocation map, email filtering, and seating maps generated on the fly for surgical courses.

A Snapchat lens that puts Meebit number 11752 on my face for Zoom and Jitsi calls, with mouth tracking and eye blinking. The same character now lives on this site.

Built during the first COVID lockdown so friends could play together online: an open-source gaming platform with a private Jitsi video room built in. Free, no account, share a link and play.

My bootcamp capstone and my first mobile app from scratch: prices for 1,600 coins in several currencies, favorites, sorting, tagged news, custom price and news alerts, and a dark mode, designed, built, shipped to both stores, and marketed in three weeks.

A one-week build for teachers and speakers: create a slideshow, then let the room draw on it, ask questions, and vote in live polls from their phones, all over WebSocket.

A personal development coaching blog I designed, advised on, and built from scratch for a friend, entirely remote, in the months between newspapers and Hong Kong.

A sustainable lifestyle and innovation platform that needed its site working before a major conference in China. I moved it to new hosting, fixed desktop and mobile, and made it load ten times faster.

A personal electronic music news site with a custom responsive admin panel and automatic track imports from YouTube, SoundCloud, iTunes, Beatport, and Shazam. Fifteen years of new releases, retired in 2025.

Digital Krux is my DJ alias: seventy podcasts and live sets between 2007 and 2017, from Karnakut parties to Miami. The site started as a WordPress blog synced to iTunes, and in 2025 I rebuilt it as a Vue player with a canvas grid that lights up to the music. The same sets play in the Music channel here.
